Features and characteristics
Easy Spray Hydraulic Three-Phase. Same versatility and easy to use like single-phase version but with the extra power of a three-phase motor to increase maximum output and pressure capabilities.
Primary heating system
The primary heating system consist of two separate independent block heaters with no seals. Each heater incorporates 2 each 900 W heating elements that supply a total power of 1800 W with the necessary control and safety features for the accurate and reliable performance of the system. The special design of the heaters allows for AT of 30º C and enables it to reach application temperatures of 70º C in normal environmental conditions.
Hose heating system
The Easy Spray Hydraulic Three-Phase may come equipped with a length of heated hose 20 meters to 230 V, or a transformer 2000 W of power to heat a maximum length of 48 meters hose. The system incorporates an innovative concept of heated hose in which copper resistance providing a homogeneously distributed heat intensity uniform and precise control of the application temperature of the products.
For the application of products tat do not require heating in the Easy Spray Hydraulic Three-Phase hoses can come equipped with a recirculation kit which allows to reach the set temperature set on the heaters faster, before starting to plan and during the pause times.
The system is including two positive displacement piston pumps, driven by a hydraulic motor. The proportioning pumps are manufactured from high hardness tempered aluminium and a special treatment that offers a low coefficient of friction, a high level of lubrication, and an increased level of wear resistance. The system includes a common guide system that ensures dynamic stability guaranteeing the correct alignment of the pump group and extending the life of the packing seals.
